Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise mobile crushing crew and operations
- Ensure production targets are met
- Maintain equipment and coordinate repairs
- Enforce safety protocols and procedures
- Train and develop team members
- Coordinate with management and customers
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in crushing operations
- Previous supervisory or foreman experience
- Knowledge of crushing equipment and processes
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints and specifications
- Valid driver's license
